Enforcement Procedure
If you are not satisfied with the response from the contact option above, you may file a complaint with the conciliation body under § 16 BFSG. The conciliation body at the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities accepts complaints regarding accessibility issues electronically via the conciliation body contact form. It reviews violations of the BFSG and BITV 2.0 requirements and provides recommendations for addressing the issues.
