Experience the healing effects of Ayurveda during therapeutic fasting. Included are:
+ Two Ayurvedic medical consultations, approx. 30 min. each (initial consultation and discharge consultation, as well as recommendations for home care)
+ Two abdominal or back massages, approx. 30 minutes each
+ One foot massage
+ One 50-minute treatment, such as Shirodhara or Abyangha single massage (as recommended by the Ayurvedic doctor in consultation with the guest)
+ Daily yoga (approx. 50 min.) under guidance, throughout the entire fasting stay
